In it I hope to provide you with valuable information about the latest developments of the Reverse Mortgage that might be of interest to Senior Home Owners in Florida and elsewhere. You may be considering whether a Reverse Mortgage is right for you.

There are many misconceptions and myths about the Reverse Mortgage. Many Seniors at times choose to ask folks that do not have the knowledge or experience. Usually you get the wrong answers or opinions based on hearsay.
Since I myself am a Senior with a Reverse Mortgage on my home, and a long experienced Reverse Mortgage Professional, I feel I can be more objective and straightforward about the pros and cons of a Reverse Mortgage.
A Reverse Mortgage is not for everybody. What is good for your neighbor might not be good for you and viceversa. Each family's situation has to be analyzed individually. Talk only to a Professional.
